Football 101 Women is focused on giving ladies the 411 about football: facts, fashion, food and more.

Lisa and her good friend, Susan, a marketing and PR professional, combined forces to create an online community of women who want to learn more about football. Utilizing facebook, twitter and other social media outlets, Football 101 Women has consistently gained popularity over the last season.

Lisa and Susan share the weekly updates including Football 101 Basics, MVP’s and game day recipes. Lisa is also responsible for all of the graphic design needs for the site and promotional materials

BabyDolls Boutique has something for all women, mommies and their cutie-pie children, from fashionable jewelry to wedding day accessories.

Starting with the logo and brand development, Lisa designed and managed the store’s packaging, website design and subsequent photo styling and photo shoot. Additionally copy writing and design were done for and seasonal marketing materials for the adorable Southport retail boutique.

Hello Designers wants to give a big warm hug to everyone who helped make our first year in business a BIG sucess. We have a lot of exciting new developments right around the corner, but we are still keeping it on the DL until we are ready to share. (I am so bad at secrets, I’ll give you a hint: product lines and partnerships, but don’t tell anyone I told you:)

What a better way to introduce the new year with Pantone’s 2010 color of the year, drumroll please… Turquoise (PMS 15-5519)! “In many cultures, Turquoise is believed to be a protective talisman, a color of deep compassion and healing, and a color of faith and truth, inspired by water and sky.” It reminds me of my Mexican honeymoon last May. Now, present day, in Chicago it’s a balmy 16 degrees. A girl can dream, right?
